Today is the 3rd Friday of Lent period. I started going to Station Of The Cross on the first Lent Friday, but alas I missed it last week, the second session. Well, not really missed, but it was my birthday and hubby and the kids wanted to celebrate and treat me by dining out. I ordered seafood medley pasta, by the way. Yup! did not eat meat.
Talked about Station of the Cross, I'm still wondering why they called it Way Of The Cross instead now, and also, they do not recite the Our Father and Hail Mary as we do in the old days.. or at least thats how we did it at the church where I grew up.
Today, its a No School day for the kids, for Trimester Grading Day.
Maybe today, I'll bring the kids along to the Station Of The Cross prayer. Would be nice if hubby can come home early from work and join us too.

"SITA"
"SITA" stands for Stay In-Touch Always, ascribe to the Malaysian Student Catholic Council (MCSC) who came-up with the idea to keep catholic students stay-informed of Catholic Church location in the event that they went away from their hometown to study elsewhere within Malaysia.
I came to know about this organization via the website of The Diocese of Keningau, Sabah, East Malaysia, which was brought to my attention by a relative of mine, Mr. Clement Ajik.
It would be nice to see these service extended to students studying abroad in another countries, to assist them locating a Catholic church and have someone liaising for them to get acquinted with the Catholic community nearby their Campus or residence.
